We are going to MASTER Pronunciation in European Portuguese and perfect our listening skills in this series of 8 invaluable workshops.

The sessions take place on Zoom on Tuesdays at 6pm and last an hour. They are strictly limited to 12 places and for part of the session we will break into 2 groups, each with a teacher to practice the pronunciation.

Session 1: 8th October Word stress and accentuation (The no 1 thing to understand and get right every time)

Session 2: 15th October Predictable consonants (SO helpful to know about these)

Session 3: 22nd October Nasal sounds (You CAN, you really CAN make these alien sounds!!)

Session 4: 29th October Tricky consonants (Mastering these will improve your accent and understanding)

Session 5: 5th November Tricky vowels (And the ones that disappear! Why do Northerners have the advantage?)

Session 6: 12th November Combined vowels (Another totally predictable area that makes a huge difference)

Session 7: 19th November Sentence stress (The 'music' of Portuguese!)

Session 8: 26th November Word blending (This is WHY Portuguese is so hard to hear! Let's unpick the words easily)
